Autism Awareness in East Africa

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are characterized by social-interaction difficulties, communication challenges and a tendency to engage in repetitive behaviors. However, symptoms and their severity vary widely across these three core areas.

Kaizora Consultants is the only center in East Africa that provides internationally recognized and supervised ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) services for individuals on the autism spectrum along with other developmental disorders. Working with children of ages 2 to 16. They provide early intervention services and transition services to mainstream education. For students who don’t fall in this category, work on developing life skills to foster independence.
